  • Hardware Client - failing Update - REPEATEDLY

    I am setting up for the new season - removed control hubs from robots last run in early May.

    Set up to do firmware updates on all of the hubs. - I know for a fact that all need updating

    I followed the rev instructions for the client.

    Hooked battery to control hub

    Got green light on the module

    Connected the usb cable to the control hub

    Started Rev Client

    Get unable to update / unable to locate update

    ON ALL THREE HUBS

    located the files and downloaded and loaded them into the Rev Client download folder

    restarted repeatedly - tried all three hubs - different batteries and even different USB cords

    Any ideas ?

    Are you using the USB C port?

      If you're still seeing this problem, please select one of your Control Hubs in the REV Hardware Client and click the "Send Diagnostics to REV" button. Once you submit the form, that will send us some data that will help us figure out why your updates are failing. We'll get in touch with you via email with our findings.
