Allow purchase of REV gift certificates with product grants

I don't know if this is possible, but it would be fantastic if teams could use product grants to purchase REV gift certificates. This would dramatically open up the possibilities of what could be bought with product grants while still keeping it that you could only buy products for FTC with the funds.
