Target zone identification

Other than the reveal video, I have not been able to find anything that indicates which target zone is A, B, and C. Am I missing something in the GM2? Or is the randomness going to be random?
The reveal video has letters on the field temporarily, but in the past, the reveal video was not an authoritative source.

mreese2018 - Thank you. I missed that one somehow. I was looking at the diagrams in the appendix and in 4.3.1 zoomed in, and didn't pay attention to the bottom of the page.
