We are experiencing an issue where changes made in Creo are saved to the windchill server, but they do not show up on other computers with the changes applied. If we look at them in the preview window before opening, sometimes the updated object appears, but when you open the file it reverts to an older version.
There appears to be a step we are missing where we "finalize" the part or change so that it becomes part of the active model.
For instance we have a part that has version A.1 & A.2. A.2 will only open on the computer that made the change. A.1 opens on all other computers.
