Elimination Matches - Answer Thread

If there is a tie in the first or second elimination match during the elimination rounds with three team alliances, do the same two teams for each alliance have to compete until the tie is broken?

If there is a tie in the first elimination match, the team that sat out of the first match must play in the second match, no exceptions. If there is a tie in the second elimination match, any combination of two alliance robots may be used. Please refer to section “4.6.9 Elimination Matches” in the Game Manual Part 1.
