New Android Studio Users

We are considering using Android Studio and RoadRunner for navigation during autonomous for next year and want to get started learning this year! 1st Question: can Android Studio connect to a driver hub and/or control hub wirelessly or will we have to plug into the laptop to make changes to the program everytime?

FYI you will typically be connecting to the Control Hub, not the Driver Hub.
